I think Serak can help, he has manged many forums, but recently, he has been busy.

What I was thinking is that maybe instead of JUST dbz, we could have other games. Maybe Pokemon...Idk...it would get quite difficult though...unless we open a forum and create an RPG...

Edit: Serak has created/handled forums and I have just played the RPGs...

Nah DBZ only, else it will get to complicated and besides. Pokemon RPG, lol..
But thanks for the feedback but Im looking for things like:

What Sections, planets, pictures, maybe a real battle system and you gain PL by the rules, you cant just make it up yourself?

Well, you need moves, and then attributes to the moves. In the character creation, we have to state the stats. Each move raises a stat somehow or another. This is the basic thing. So first, I think we should create the stats, then the moves, and then what each move adds to the stat. Then I can make a battle system.

Strength, Dexterity, and all of that...but I think we should make it more DBZish

These can be the actual stats. Now, the stats start out at '0' you then have a choice to split 20 points into them. Now, once we get the moves and what it adds, I was thinking that the total power can be the PL. We can also make battles rounds.

You basically start out with maybe 5 tactics/moves that you want. I am going to make a sheet right now for this so it can make more sense.

Akumaitokosen: This is a special energy wave designed explicitly for a quick kill of one's opponent. When the wave strikes its victim, the evil in his heart expands and causes his heart to explode. Of course, the victim then must have some evil in his heart for the attack to work.

Okay, now, I have not posted all the moves but the moves necessary, I dont know what the level requirements should be though >.> So maybe Tharsten or Abyss could figure that out...ot Elk...or Zetetsu...or anyone else...

EDIT: I got it! Here, you have to have at least the level of the positive stat.

Example:

Zanzoken: The user can move so fast he leaves an after-image, while attacking from another standpoint.

Strength: +0
KI: -10
Defense: +0
Speed: +20

You cannot learn Zanzoken until your speed has reached level 20.

Np. Now, I already have the battle system. It is quite easy actually, you have 3 rounds. Each round, you post 3 moves. Then, I add the attack to your stats FOR THE BATTLE. Then the total of each round becomes your PL. Whoever wins the most rounds wins.

Also, for status pages, there should be a place where only the moderators can see the status page so the players do not know what they are up against.

Well, I was thinking about Custom Attacks, maybe a custom attack where the Moderator has to accept it. Yeah, lets do Custom Finishers...it will be optional though.
