King Levy was going to make a speech to the public to the saiyans. When he did he said "Our planet is the safest place and if we have a war we will stand and fight for the saiyans are the strongest race of all time and yet i hope you all becone supersaiyans to prove toeveyone we strong but i still don't understand why we the last saiyanshave to hide? so we all need to do is move this planet somewear near earth because of goku and vegeta the two's gretest hereos.
