Need a sprite avatar plz help

Hi, if you have read the character sheet for Sanctus Malas and Ondreas, or Arrival, Chaos Comes to Earth, You will now about Ondreas, now im hoping someone could sprite him.

If the pic did not come up here is an explanation
Ondreas Has Black and white hair (fringe is white back of head is black). He wears a suit like the ones Neo wears in the Matrix (dont know look at the cover) with a sword on his back. He also has lines across his face( Like Baby Vageta) that glow Purple, He has 1 red and 1 blue eye, thats basically it, except if possible give him demon or angel wings plz.

I'd make it, but I'd rather have the image to work off of.
