Base Sprite

Well, I've fallen into a bit of a rut, with spriters block. Nothing I'm doing is coming out right, so I decided to post a call for help.

This is what I've gotten so far.

The basic sprites we need are standing, walking, punching, blocking, and getting hit facing up down and right (the left can just be mirrored from the right)

Here is where you can find inspiration, and an idea of the style to go for. Don't outright copy anything though. You can look at poses and try to replicate them using the base sprite character with the jeans and sleeveless shirt though.

A good idea is to try and copy from past frames though. And you can do that with the poses I've done. It makes it easier to retain the feel.

You can post the results here, if they are good they can go into the sheet, if they need a little work that'd be easier for me to do then make all the sprites from scratch. Unfortunately, my free time is about to go out the window as I'll be out all day looking for a job, which is likely to be fruitless with the state the economy is in, but my parents have been nagging. So I won't have a lot of time to do much of anything. I'm still here, and I'm still trying, but I don't have the time to really get it done myself, and I know there are a number of you out there that are pretty good with clothes, and this isn't much different.[img][/img]

Are you going to use the completely naked sprite?

I'm trying to do a changeling base sprite and if you will do a naked human it will be easier to do
